Hi there and welcome to our last episode of this mini series on coercive dismissals. We end the series by looking at real employment tribunal cases tackling the issue of coercion in constructive unfair dismissal cases, where outcomes were either positive or negative for employees. The aim of sharing these cases with you, is to highlight how your employment rights operate in a tribunal, so you can take the necessary steps to collect evidence of your experience to help prove your case.
It's our view, that the more you are able to acquaint yourself with your employment rights in this area, the more your rights will act as an early warning system, which you can use to spot bad treatment or illegal treatment that you may be suffering at work.
