In this week’s episode we bring you an update about the proposed changes being introduced by the Labour government, regarding statutory sick pay. Most of what was committed to is there, but there is a key aspect of the commitment which is missing. We focus on this, in the podcast episode.
It's our view, that the more you are able to acquaint yourself with your employment rights in this area, the more your rights will act as an early warning system, which you can use to spot bad treatment or illegal treatment that you may be suffering at work.
