In this week’s episode we look at a case that defined the ground for male sexual harassment in the workplace. We pay particular attention to how language was used to make a male worker feel degraded in the workplace, and we explore the reasons why an Employment Tribunal accepted an argument that the male worker had been sexually harassed by another male worker.
