This week we look at concerns if your boss or your company always expect you to be logged on or at work, even after you have finished your shift or your hours for the day. We touch on the increasing levels of ‘workaholicism’, this treatment is creating, and plans by the UK government to bring in legislation or regulations to counter the damaging effects of not switching off from your job.

It's our view, that the more you are able to acquaint yourself with your employment rights in this area, the more your rights will act as an early warning system, which you can use to spot bad treatment or illegal treatment that you may be suffering at work.
