So, we are into the home straight with our look at all forms of dismissal that could take place at work. In this episode, we are looking at constructive dismissal, but we don’t intend to go through the whole topic here. In case you missed it, we went through a comprehensive explanation of constructive dismissal in episodes 20 and 21 of the podcast, and since those episodes… nothing has changed - so the episodes are definitely worth a relisten if you want a catch up on all things constructive dismissal.
In this week’s podcast episode we’re just going to tie up some loose ends in the constructive dismissal area, to give you an idea of two steps you can take to challenge constructive dismissal; and, also how your employer might defend against a constructive dismissal argument.
